It's gloomy. It's rainy. It's windy. And my sneakers are soaked through and through. Apparently it's time for me to buy rain boots. But in my search, I stumbled across another use for these durable, keep-my-feet dry items. And, umm... I love it! I might now need to buy two pairs of rain boots - one for my feet and one for my flowers :)

How cute! I defintiely needed my rain boots this morning, and am bummed that I can't walk up the street to my usual salad place for lunch. At least it's nice to know that rain is inspiring to some people... :)
ReplyDeleteI love it! I actually used to be the Store Manager for Tretorn, which is the brand of the yellow wellies in the bottom photo (they come in a variety of colors). They're super-affordable and a great product. I still own around 20 pairs (don't judge me, I always look great even on rainy days! haha).
ReplyDeletewww.tretorn.com They run sales, too. Any brides who are interested in re-creating this look should troll them for promotions because they can get a varied palate to use. :)
Great find!!
Those rain boots are so cute! I am going to buy some exactly like that but with little polka dots! I hate when the water soaks thru my shoes & on the bottoms of my jeans! Grr.
ReplyDeleteA cute idea. It is a great way to reuse the boots you may have outgrown. Rain boots are the greatest for keeping your feet dry. I miss mine.
ReplyDeleteThey are adorable. I have one at home and I love it. They'd be a cute doorstop at a garden wedding too.
