Cute Cupcake Flag Toppers

I'm not going to lie - I had a bit of blogger's block. Maybe it was the rainy weather. I don't know. But I cured it by going for a run and then having some chocolate. Which made me think of cupcakes. Which made me think of frosting.  Which led to this post - about my favorite cupcake toppers:
